آلية تقديم الاعذار الطبية
تُقدم الأعذار الطبية وغيرها من الأعذار حسب التالي:
- الاعذار الطبية ترفق صورة واضحة بملف PDF، وتعبئة نموذج تقديم عذر
- الوفاة وحتى الدرجة الثالثة ارفاق ملف PDF لشهادة الوفاة وتعبئة نموذج تقديم عذر .
