Master of Science in Real Estate Development

Providing standardized academic content for real estate studies.
Equipping students with a variety of academic needs in the fields of land planning and development, related laws, marketing sciences, valuation, and real estate property management.
Preparing highly competent graduates in real estate development, which has seen increased demand in recent decades to keep pace with the comprehensive urban renaissance in the Kingdom.
Program Options:
Option 1: Real Estate Development (Thesis System).
Option 2: Real Estate Development (Coursework System).
Admission Requirements:
In addition to meeting the admission requirements in the Unified Regulations for Graduate Studies in Saudi Universities and the rules and executive procedures at King Saud University, the department requires:
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in urban planning, urban design, architecture (with a GPA of at least 3.75, "Very Good"), or other related engineering fields (with a GPA of at least 3.75, "Very Good") to be eligible for the program.
Passing a personal interview.
Submitting a research proposal in the field.
Degree Requirements:
Thesis System: 31 credit units of graduate courses plus 6 units for the thesis.
Coursework System: 42 credit units of graduate courses, including a research project worth at least three units.
